Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. They don't cover our services. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between TrendScout and your organisation, and that agreement takes priority over anything on this site.

1. About us

This website is operated by TrendScout AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16490085), with its registered office at Unit 7 Suite 5 Bourne Court, Southend Road, Woodford Green, England, IG8 8HD. Contact: info@trendscout.ai.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information on this site

The content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not advice, and you shouldn't rely on it for a commercial or investment decision.

Sample pages, charts, whitespace maps and example engagements shown on this site are illustrative. They are redacted or invented to show the format of our work, and they are not real market figures or results for any client.

Any market figure we provide to clients is stated with its scope, measurement floor and data vintage, and is governed by the terms of that engagement.

3. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics and the TrendScout name and logo belong to TrendScout AI Limited or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the site without our written permission.

Our methods, models and scoring are proprietary and confidential.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Third-party names and links

Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. TrendScout is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Other product, brand and property names mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe our services.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content.

6. Our liability

We provide this site "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site, including loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data, including anything you send through our contact form, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check this page when you use the site.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
